Black/African American/Latinx Development Lab

The Black TV & Film Collective in partnership with Freelancers Hub and Broad Views on Broadway present an evening of new works by Black/African American/Latinx theatre writers, poets, and composers.

TO RSVP: 

From 6pm – 9pm, we’ll feature 20-minute presentations of new works from four artists of color, followed by an hour of facilitated feedback. Also, join us beforehand, from 5pm-6pm for networking and refreshments with organizations that are supporting Black/African American/Latinx work.

For consideration, please Fill out the following form . All applicants must identify as Black/African American/Latinx and applications are due by February 4th! All applicants will receive a response by February 7th. Selected artists will work with Broad Views on Broadway to prepare their work for viewing. Broad Views on Broadway was founded in 2013 and it is a Music and Theatre company that strives to provide an enriching, nurturing environment for artists LGBTQIA and POC artists. BVOB seeks to broaden people’s’ views on typical Broadway productions by displaying original works in varying capacities as well as providing support to new development and artists.
