Uncertain times have impacted the trajectory of many careers.The Falling Forward Series highlights that have experienced difficult times but found ways to succeed and move forward to greater heights! We know creatives sometimes feel insecure about potential opportunities to propel their projects and careers forward. However, we aim to show you many successes have come from tumultuous times.

After the success of the Creatives Who Persevere During Times of Uncertainty event, IFP, Black TV & Film Collective, Hue You Know and Freelancers Hub are coming together to bring you a quarterly series about the concept of falling forward and how what can appear as failure can oftentimes propel your career into a new and exciting direction.

Each event will cover a different area of the media arts industry. Join us for our fall edition on Thursday, October 29th at 7 PM EST via Zoom where we’ll bring together producers in film and television to discuss how moments in their careers that have caused them to pivot or rethink their projects or positions, have in turn put them on a trajectory to succeed.

We celebrate producers who have persevered and come out stronger by adapting to changes, pivoting their career as needed, as well as building their network and skills.
